Sports Massage
What it is
An active massage that focuses on increasing flexibility and range of motion by applying stretches and deep pressure to common Swedish techniques. Session are goal oriented and more interactive than typical bodywork. It helps athletes prevent injuries, reduce swelling, aid circulation, and prevent the build up of adhesions. We offer treatments for achilles tendonitis, cramp, hamstring strain, tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis), golfer's/thrower's elbow (medial epicondylitis), rotator cuff injury, shin splints and sprained or twisted ankle.

Deep Tissue Massage
What it is
A type of massage therapy that involves applying direct pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Relieves chronic muscle tension, reduces inflammation and can help in eliminating scar tissues. Deep tissue massage focuses only on specific areas of the body.
Who is it for
For people with tight muscles, muscle fatigue, spasms, bad posture, among others.
Reflexology and foot massage
What it is
Reflexology targets specific points on the feet, hands and ears with intent to address concerns throughout the body. Study show that direct pressure to these reflex points correspond to and beneficially affect various organs and body systems. Prenatal Massage
What it is
A modality that's specifically tailored toward expecting women. Can be performed during any trimester as long as the pregnancy is not high risk and the mother-to-be has no contraindicated conditions. Meant to result in relaxation and to address any achy or sore areas typical during pregnancy. Usually performed in a side lying position with plenty of cushioning.

Pregnant women or have recently delivered a baby.
Myofascial Release
What it is
A type of physical therapy used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. It aims to reduce tension throughout your body by releasing trigger points across a broad section of your muscular system. It is a gentle and constant massage that releases tightness and pain throughout myofascial tissues.

Swedish Massage
What it is
This massage uses five styles of strokes. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber or with the fibers) and vibration/shaking. A massage meant to achieve ultimate relaxation using long flowing strokes with varying pressure customized to the individual.
Who is it for
People who are looking to relax and reengergize the body. It is not for people looking to ease deep or chronic muscle pains or posture problems.
